BU Barkan
24 dunams on Barkan's northern ridge, designated for ~120 housing units in detached and multi-family construction — on private land registered in Tabu. A veteran community in the heart of Samaria, beside the Barkan industrial park and the expanded Route 5 corridor to Gush Dan.
The land is in planning (zoning plan) and is not immediately buildable. Prices and terms are indicative and subject to a binding agreement and availability.
BU Oranit
Oranit — a sought-after locality adjacent to the Green Line, minutes from Kfar Saba and Ra'anana. Self-build and multi-family plots are planned for the compound. The land is in a settlement process and is not yet buildable; early purchase with full legal accompaniment.
BU Kokhav Ya'ir
East of Tzur Yigal — a new project on sale. Registered members receive the information brochure, prices and timelines first.
How it works — land per sqm per future housing unit
In the calculator you choose a project, a unit type and an area — and get the price, entry price, payment schedule and a built-home estimate. The calculator is open to everyone on this site, with no sign-up.
Buy square metres
You purchase a number of sqm of land (minimum 80 sqm) at the base price per sqm set for each project. The area reflects the size of the future built home.
Choose a unit type
Land for a standard apartment (from 80 sqm) · premium apartment (from 100) · luxury unit (from 130) · single-family home (from 150). Each type has its own price per sqm — shown in the calculator.
Pay by milestones
An entry price at signing and the balance per the project schedule. Financing available subject to a financial review.
Convert into a unit
When the zoning plan is approved, the sqm are converted into a housing unit by its actual size; convertible to a larger or smaller unit by paying the difference or receiving a credit.
