Stage A — early sale at a fixed price; Stage B — a transparent bidding process. Results are published.
BU Oranit
Oranit — a sought-after locality adjacent to the Green Line, minutes from Kfar Saba and Ra'anana. On sale: a right to a self-build plot of ~250–300 m² (land only, excl. development) — ₪360,000: ₪120,000 at signing, balance at the registration decision. Detached and multi-family plots are planned for the compound in the future.
The land is in a settlement (regularization) process and is not yet buildable. Early purchase with full legal accompaniment and transparency at every stage.
BU Kokhav Ya'ir
East of Tzur Yigal — a project in preparation. Waiting-list members receive the sale details, prices and timelines first, before public release.
