Accessibility statement

Moledet regards accessibility for people with disabilities as a core duty and works to comply with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998), the Service Accessibility Regulations (2013), Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Measures on this site

• A fixed accessibility widget: two text-size levels, high contrast, link highlighting and animation stop.
• Full keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link and a visible focus indicator.
• Proper heading structure, alt text and ARIA descriptions for interactive components (forms, tabs, map).
• Respect for the reduced-motion preference.
• AA-compliant color contrast and scalable, readable typography.

Known exceptions

The interactive map relies on a third-party component (Leaflet/OpenStreetMap); we work to maximize its accessibility, and its material content is also available as text on the tenders, plans and dashboard pages.
