Our story
Moledet's activity was founded in 2008 (within a previous corporate framework) out of a conviction that real estate in Israel's periphery and in Judea & Samaria is not only an economic opportunity — it is a way to build a home, a community and a future.
Over the years we led residential projects across the region — from rural localities to the Jerusalem area — specializing in what is genuinely hard: first registration of land, plan promotion, and close work with regional councils and planning bodies.
Our professionals previously worked for state authorities and know the bureaucracy and regulation from within — government ministries, local authorities and the planning institutions of Judea & Samaria.
