Moledet is an Israeli real-estate initiation and development firm whose activity was founded in 2008, specializing in locating, registering, upgrading and developing land across the Land of Israel — the Negev, the Galilee, Judea & Samaria and the Jordan Valley.
Our story
Moledet's activity was founded in 2008 (within a previous corporate framework) out of a conviction that land in the Land of Israel — in the Negev, the Galilee and Judea & Samaria — is not only an economic opportunity. It is a hold on the land — and a continuation of the legacy of the land redeemers on whose work the State was founded: a way to build a home, a community and a future.
Over the years we led residential projects across the region — from rural localities to the Jerusalem area — specializing in what is genuinely hard: first registration of land, plan promotion, and close work with regional councils and planning bodies.
Our professionals previously worked for state authorities and know the bureaucracy and regulation from within — government ministries, local authorities, the Israel Land Authority and the planning institutions — inside the Green Line and in Judea & Samaria.
