Major Financing Secured for 45-Unit Housing Project in Adam
A financial institution will provide closed financing for a residential project in the Shirat Zion neighborhood
Financial firm Adit Finance will provide financial backing for a housing project comprising 45 single-family units in the settlement of Adam, Binyamin region, in the Shirat Zion neighborhood. The project is being developed by Bar Amana and S.A.G Ve'Lul companies. The total investment scope of the project is estimated at roughly 183 million shekels. The financing will be structured as closed-end financing, including guarantees and insurance policies under Israel's Sale Law, intended to protect buyers' funds.
What this means for land buyers
Structured and regulated financing, including Sale Law guarantees, provides greater financial security for buyers purchasing homes or land in Adam. For investors and land buyers in Judea and Samaria, the scale of investment and institutional backing indicate continued active development activity in the Binyamin region.
